What a weekend for the JKS Switzerland. Saturday we started with the squad training. Strength exercises, Kumite and Kata were on the programme. Afterwards we had the instructor training led by Beat Frey Sensei and our Vice-President Markus Weber Sensei.
This morning we continued with a 1.5-hour wonderful Zoomsession. Yamaguchi Sensei taught the kata Suishu with the help of Makita Sensei. Thanks to Kamal Sensei for translating, Paul Giannandrea Sensei for organising this event and Norman Shihan for being there.
Despite the difficult times, we will continue to train hard!
