The karate school, which has existed in Willisau since 1994, has trained many interested and enthusiastic children, women and men from the region since its foundation.
To date, 19 karatekas from the school have passed black belt examinations. Likewise, numerous medal ranks at tournaments attest to the success of the school in Willisau.
Shotokan karate is taught according to the guidelines of the JKS (Japan Karate Shoto Federation).
::: About the Instructor :::
The owner and Chief Instructor of the Shozankan Willisau Karate School is Alfons Zenklusen, 5th Dan JKS. He has a sound professional pedagogical education (MAS in Adult and Professional Education), coupled with a long and intensive karate teaching career. He also has more than 40 years of active karate experience.
He is supported by qualified instructors who have at least a 1st Dan (black belt).
